Our Story

Remarkable Abilities Collaborative was not built in a boardroom. It was built on lived experience.

I started this practice because I was once the mother sitting across a conference table, struggling to hold it together while a room full of professionals rattled off acronyms and diagnoses about my son.

That moment lit something in me that has never gone out.

I did not just want better services. I wanted a different kind of care entirely,  the kind that starts with the belief that every person who walks through the door is far more than their diagnosis. The kind that treats families as partners, not bystanders. The kind that sees the whole person and says, without hesitation: your abilities are remarkable, and we are here to prove it.

I also carry with me a grief that shaped me in ways no classroom ever could. In 2017, I lost my firstborn son. That loss deepened my commitment to mental health and to showing up for mothers and fathers who are hurting, searching, or simply trying to find solid ground. It is one of the reasons I approach every client relationship with the kind of care I once desperately needed myself.

That conviction, combined with my clinical training, is what drives everything we do here. As a licensed mental health therapist and doctoral candidate, I bring both academic rigor, and deeply personal understanding to this work. I know what it feels like to navigate complex systems without a guide. I know what it means to advocate fiercely for someone you love. And I know how transformative it is when you finally find a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported.

That is the space I have dedicated my career to creating.

At RAC, we believe that meaningful progress happens when care is accessible, affordable, and thoughtfully tailored to the whole person. We serve children and adults across Texas virtually providing support that meets you exactly where you are.

Our work spans a wide range of needs. We support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, and we extend that support to the families walking alongside them. Every service we offer, from individual therapy and comprehensive evaluations to behavioral screenings and parent coaching , is rooted in one unwavering belief: you deserve care that truly fits.

My work is guided by both clinical expertise and lived experience because I believe the best therapists are not only trained, they are transformed by what they have walked through.

Here, every individual is met with dignity, respect, and the unshakeable belief that their abilities are, indeed, remarkable.
