This section provides important information for clients and families receiving services from Remarkable Abilities Collaborative. Here, you will find details on accessing records, complaint processes, and regulatory oversight.

Clients may request access to their clinical records by submitting a written request to Remarkable Abilities Collaborative. Requests can be made via email or in writing and must include sufficient information to verify identity.

Record requests are processed in accordance with HIPAA and Texas mental health records laws. Administrative charges may apply.
